Deep Clean Professionals provides residential, commercial, and vehicle interior cleaning services across Birmingham and nearby areas. All services are subject to availability and confirmation via phone, email, or online booking. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.
Booking & Payment
Customers can book services via our website or by calling our helpline. Bookings must include accurate information including address, time, and specific cleaning needs. Payment is due before or upon completion of service. We accept secure card payments, bank transfers, or approved digital methods.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee. If we are unable to access your property at the scheduled time, this may also result in a cancellation fee.
Customer Responsibilities
Clients must ensure access to water, electricity, and the property at the scheduled time. Please secure pets, valuables, and fragile items before the cleaning begins. Deep Clean Professionals is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or poor maintenance of surfaces.
